I am getting the same error on my 7100x. I beleive it something to do with the Bluetooth. Have you found a solution?

I took mine apart, shook it gently. A few pieces of fuzz/dirt/solder came out. Put it back together and it appears to be working now. Hasn't error'ed in the past two hours...

i think the error has to do with blue tooth or you im i shut both off and it has been fine. the error came up i hit rest and i shut them both off and all fine. i am some what good at the blackberry stuff. so if you want to email me it is at zoolman2004@yahoo.com oh and someone said that it would not let you hook ur blackberry to the loader it is just does not know it. you have to find it. click detect and it will say unknown that is your blackberry!
